Show Report
It was Sunday 7th June and through the wind and rain they descended upon us; by bike, by car and on foot, with umbrellas, macs and sodden leathers and they gave generously.
New to the market and creating a lot of interest with its second public showing, was the single wheel motorcycle trailer from a local company Mono-Trail. Music provided by Stretch eventually managed to blast away the clouds to give everyone the chance to view the wide range of gleaming new machines from local dealers along with new leathers at fantastic show prices. As usual there were lots of entries from bikers keen to show their custom paint jobs and machines, judged by: Mad Cow the Bury Arm of the Motorcycle Action Group, whom we also give thanks to for organising the car park.
The whole event, sponsored by Bowers Motorcycles, Camrider and hosted by Greene King produced the healthy amount of £2,800 which is being donated to East Anglian Air Ambulance. The Bike Show Committee would also like to thank St. Johns Ambulance, Oyster Web Design for hosting/maintaining our website and all those involved for their time and effort in making the third annual show a success.
